Threads Software要求Meta停止使用Threads名称

针对Meta旗下Instagram推出的去中心化、凝聚讨论话题的社群服务Threads，英国软体业者Threads Software委托律师发出信件，要求Meta在英国境内停止使用Threads名称。

Threads Software强调其持有Threads名称商标，若Meta在30天内未停用Threads名称，将会请求法院发出禁令。

依照Threads Software委任律师说明，其最早在2012年就已经注册Threads名称商标，并且用于企业电子邮件、推文讯息，以及VoIP语音通话内容储存的消息中心服务资料库。

而在此之前，Meta曾透过委任律师提出要求收购Threads Software旗下服务对应网域名称「threads.app」，而Threads Software认为自己面临Meta的严重威胁。
